  • Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, festivals or sales.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Domestic deliveries usually take 5–7 working days depending on your location.

  • For express delivery requests, kindly contact us via email or WhatsApp before placing your order so we can assist you with options.

Order Updates:

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to help you track your parcel.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

  • In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For damaged product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This will serve as proof in case of any exchange or damage claim, as no exchange/refund will be processed without it.
